Salary: Accountant

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Accountant for a premier distributor of architectural fixtures. This is a permanent, full-time, evaluation hire opportunity. Compensation starts at $25.00 to $28.00/hour.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Support financial reporting activities and maintain accurate accounting records
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end accounting processes
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
• Work within QuickBooks and ERP systems to process and track financial transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least one year of accounting experience required
• Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
