Key Responsibilities

• Operate rubber injection molding machines according to established procedures.
• Load raw rubber materials into molding equipment.
• Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times as directed.
• Remove finished molded parts from machines.
• Trim excess material (flash) from molded products.
• Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and overall quality.
• Record production data, quality checks, and machine performance.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Follow all company safety policies, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production quotas while minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience is an asset but not always required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers (if required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequently lift up to 35–50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving machinery.
