Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Hand / General Laborer to join our team in Shreveport. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping a shop organized, and is willing to assist wherever needed. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist technicians and shop personnel with daily tasks.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Clean and prepare equipment, parts, and work areas.
• Stock and organize inventory and shop materials.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous shop, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working in various weather conditions when necessary.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
