Warehouse Associate - Spring Hill, KS

We are seeking a few dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support a busy operation in Spring Hill, KS. This position involves picking, packing, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical warehouse work and lifting up to approximately 30 pounds.

Location: Spring Hill, KS
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary
Work Conditions: Warehouse / Distribution Environment
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will assist with daily order fulfillment and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include accurately picking products, packing and wrapping orders, and preparing materials for shipment. Forklift experience is preferred but is not required for this opportunity.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

Pick products and materials according to customer orders
Pack and wrap items securely for shipment
Verify order accuracy before products leave the warehouse
Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas
Lift and move products weighing up to approximately 30 pounds
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all warehouse procedures and supervisor instructions
Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
Operate a forklift when needed if properly trained and authorized

Minimum Requirements

Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred
Ability to lift up to approximately 30 pounds
Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous forklift experience
Experience with order fulfillment, wrapping, or shipment preparation
Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures
