HVAC Technician - EPA Certified

Salary: Salary: $45,000–$120,000 DOE

What You'll Do

• Install, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and identify effective repair solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers about system issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service or installation experience (residential experience preferred).
• EPA Certification required (NATE certification is a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, gas furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Hiring Requirements

• Background check required.
• Pre-employment drug screening required (Medical Marijuana Card holders accepted where applicable).
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
