Job Details

• Pay Rate - $20.00/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-time, permanent opportunity.

Job Duties

• Support the outside sales team by sourcing rental equipment, processing orders, and communicating with customers.
• Manage emails and maintain organized communication with customers and team members.
• Track paperwork, logs, called-off contracts, reported damages, and customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Must have strong customer service, administrative, and data entry experience.
• Must be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable entering the warehouse as needed to communicate orders and obtain samples for customers.
