Service Technician / Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25–$28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Mondovi, WI area
Full-Time Opportunity: Field service role performing hands-on equipment repair and maintenance for dairy farm customers.
Are you a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, or mechanically skilled professional looking for work outside of a traditional shop environment? This opportunity allows you to use your troubleshooting and repair skills while traveling locally to solve real equipment problems for customers. No two service calls are exactly the same.
We are seeking a dependable technician with experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, or general maintenance. Candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair milking systems, vacuum pumps, and bulk tank refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, contactors, relays, and wiring
- Service compressors and condensing units and check refrigerant levels
- Complete preventative maintenance and annual equipment upkeep
- Respond to incoming service calls and provide on-site repairs
- Use hand tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues

You do not need dairy equipment experience to be considered. We are willing to train the right candidate who is mechanically inclined, motivated, and comfortable working hands-on.

Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift 30–40 lbs

Schedule Details
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- On-call rotation after training: approximately one night per week, every 6–7 weekends
