Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of maintenance and operations for the property, including:

• Pumps, motors, and fan systems
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Pool equipment and maintenance
• Fire and life safety systems
• Grounds maintenance and property appearance
• Floor-to-floor inspections and preventative maintenance
• General building repairs and maintenance
• Responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience in condominium, apartment, hotel, commercial building, or facility maintenance
• Working knowledge of pumps, motors, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool systems, and fire safety equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests
• A dependable work history with excellent attendance
• A professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
