Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse & Delivery Driver for a leading HVAC & Refrigeration distribution team in Baton Rouge. This hybrid role balances local equipment delivery with hands-on warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery: Safely operate 24' box trucks or 24' stake bed trucks to make local customer deliveries.

• Warehouse: Accurately pull orders, stage materials, and handle loading/unloading of distribution trucks.

• Equipment Handling: Safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Driver’s License: Valid Class D Chauffeur’s License minimum required (CDL Class A or B accepted) with an up-to-date DOT Medical Card.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience, 1 year of warehouse order pulling experience, and 1 year of forklift operating experience (sit-down & stand-up).

• Clearances: Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.

• Attire & Logistics: Steel-toed boots required. Clean jeans/khakis and a solid-colored shirt without tears. Valid photo ID required for site check-in.

• Training: Includes 6.5 hours of paid pre-hire orientation training prior to your first day.
