A growing manufacturing company in Holland, Michigan is seeking multiple dependable and hardworking MIG Welders for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. This is a long-term, contract-to-hire position offering the opportunity to work in a stable production environment.

If you have previous MIG welding experience and enjoy working with blueprints, metal fabrication, and quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

MIG Welder Pay & Schedule

• $18.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience
• 1st Shift Available
• 2nd Shift Availabl: Four-Day Work Week!!
• Long-term Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

MIG Welder Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on manufactured parts and assemblies
• Weld parts according to blueprints and production specifications
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the welding process
• Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and fabrication environment

Qualifications for MIG Welder

• Previous welding experience required
• Experience with MIG welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, or production welding preferred
• Must provide and use a welding hood
• Must have steel-toe boots
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
