Route Delivery Driver (Direct Hire)

Monday-Friday | Hours:
Daylight hours - usually starting between 6AM and 7AM
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
Direct Hire Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired directly by our client from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to residential and commercial customers along an assigned route.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• No CDL required.
• Ability to lift and move products throughout the workday.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card. If you do not currently have one, our client will cover the cost.
• Must successfully pass:
  • Background Check
  • Drug Screen
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check
