Responsibilities:

• Receive and coordinate service requests from new and existing customers
• Schedule and communicate job assignments with service crews
• Assist with project timelines, job estimates, and service coordination
• Arrange lodging and travel accommodations for service crews as needed
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure projects are completed accurately
• Travel to job sites periodically to verify quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules
• Knowledge of manufacturing, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance operations is a plus
• Customer service or service coordination experience preferred
