Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Dough and Crust for a local Food Factory in the Fort Pierce area.

Dough and Crust Maker

 

$15 an hour

Duties:

Make the dough for the Products
Lift bags of ingredients in excess 50 lbs.
Work with a 300 lb. capacity mixer
Work with a dough presser / equipment.
Monitor crust coming out of the oven and adjust dough as needed. 

Cleans and sanitizes dough room and equipment within it.
Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes common areas of the plant.
Helps other areas in need of personnel.
Follow HACCP / SSOP procedures, rules and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
No experience needed. OJT provided.
Must be a TEAM player.

Hours are 6AM to 3PM
