Combi Lamination Operator

Located in Middleton, WI

Salary: $20 - $24/hour

We are seeking candidates for a skilled Machine Operator role with a manufacturing client in Middleton.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up a laminator machine and running production of the laminator, cleaning and all related maintenance of the machine.

Main Duties:

• Identifies and ensures that proper materials are used for production
• Ensures mistakes are not made and materials match as necessary
• Manages pre-run testing of the material to ensure the correct coding weights and bond strength are applied
• Runs the proper amount of material/footage to the job order
• Completes proper checking of production and material
• Prepares for production at the end of each day for the following day
• Correctly build up production orders and doctor blade assemblies
• Perform all required quality checks prior to producing all production orders to ensure a product can be processed at the next stage of the manufacturing process

 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in production, lamination and printing setting
•  Forklift operation experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read rulers
• Ability to read and understand gauges
• Testing of equipment
• Ability to use a micrometer

Schedule: Full-time, day shift role, 6:30am - 3:00pm Mon – Fri.

 

Pay: $20 - $24/hour. depending on experience
