· Assure a high quality of company’s services are provided to our participants.
· Participate in transportation duties (transportation for participant activities and/or Meals on Wheels).
· Assist individuals with disabilities to acquire and develop those skills, behaviors, attitudes,
and personal characteristics that will assist them to work, grow, and belong.
· Provide peri-care for all individuals as needed.
· Provide support and assistance to supervisors, other DSPs, Services Coordinators,
participants, volunteers, and all other staff in the DSA programs.
· Complete required training within time limits (core competencies, DSP training,
First Aid/CPR, etc.)
· Support Supervisor in tracking staff training requirements and deadlines.
· Assist in onboarding and mentoring new DSP staff.
· Provide real-time coaching and redirection to staff to maintain professional standards.
· Mentor other staff members on participants’ ISPs, goals, and outings.
· Collaborate with Supervisor in reviewing, adjusting, and approving DSA calendars.
· Ensure activities align with participant ISP goals, community integration standards,
and program quality expectations.
· Assist in coordinating logistics including transportation, staffing ratios, and
safety considerations.
· Ensure outings for participants are set up before their arrival.
· Research and help secure new community-based activities, volunteer opportunities, and enrichment partnerships.
· Maintain professional relationships with community partners to expand inclusive opportunities for participants.
· Assist in preventing program stagnation by identifying new skill-building and engagement options.
· Complete attendance sheets and timecards for participants.
· Perform duties and complete tasks as requested by supervisor in a reasonable
amount of time.
· Attend required staff and safety meetings and training courses when scheduled.
· Maintain agency records in a professional manner consistent with prescribed
guidelines and expectations.
· Participating in the development of ISPs with Employment Services
(must come to agreement of ISP before presenting to ISP team).
· Submit all required paperwork to respective recipients per scheduled due dates (e.g., record training efforts, participant productivity, progress towards ISP goals, case notes, incident reports, etc.).
· Partner with Supervisor to ensure all DSA documentation (case notes, attendance, incident reports, ISP data, productivity records, etc.) is submitted accurately and timely by all staff.
· Review documentation for completeness and quality and assist staff in correcting deficiencies.
· Monitor documentation compliance and report patterns of concern to Supervisor.
· Keep relationships with participants professional and limited to work settings and supports. Notify your supervisor of any conflicts of interest due to preexisting relationships with participants.
· Report any incidents of negligence, abuse, emergencies, or problems to the appropriate agency, person, or supervisor per company policies and procedures.
· Do not exceed responsibility/authority delegated to you by supervisor.
· Is designated as department supervisor in absence of the supervisor.
· Assist program participants to work, grow and belong.
· Perform duties and complete tasks as requested by supervisor in a reasonable amount of time.
· Attend and participate in required meetings, trainings, and committees.
· Do not exceed responsibility/authority delegated to you by supervisor.
· Exhibit good judgment in situations not specifically covered by agency policy or procedures.
· Keep work area in a clean, safe condition.
· Submit timesheets and other required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
· Meet regular attendance requirements at assigned worksite because job requires face-to-face interaction with participants, customers, or other employees

· Report any type of abuse immediately to your supervisor or leadership.
