General Labor - Heat Treat

Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

  • Assist Heat Treat Operators with daily production activities and material handling.
  • Count parts accurately and verify quantities throughout the production process.
  • Perform quality touch-ups and visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly.
  • Support heat treat personnel by providing materials, parts, and assistance as needed.
  • Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots and safety glasses, at all times.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to count parts accurately.
  • Ability to complete paperwork and production records accurately.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal oversight.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy parts and materials.
  • Ability to wear steel-toe boots and safety glasses at all times.
