Location: Waukesha, WI

Shift: Mon – Fri (8am-5pm)

Pay Rate: $65-70k anually

Description: Responsible for evaluating construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for insulation projects. This role involves assessing materials, labor, and equipment needs, collaborating with project managers and clients, and ensuring estimates align with budgets and scheduling. Must be able to utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PlanSwift. Must be able to understand building codes and R-values. Must be able to read construction documents. Attend Job site meetings. Contract negotiation & review. Estimate residential and commercial projects. Proposal reviews. Track and follow up on all estimates. Maintain inventory spreadsheets. Help with inventory. Other related duties as assigned

Requirements: Must have residential and commercial experience. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel & Outlook. Requires Experience with estimating & know building codes. Needs ability to operate a forklift
