Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experience Powder Coater in the Piedmont SC area!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal parts by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
• Hang and rack parts for the powder coating process.
• Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns.
• Monitor coating thickness and ensure even coverage.
• Operate curing ovens according to product specifications.
• Inspect finished parts for defects, color consistency, and overall quality.
• Touch up or rework parts when necessary.
• Maintain powder coating equipment and keep the work area clean.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Read work orders and follow production schedules.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.

Pay: $19-30/hr depending on experience

Schedule: 1st shift
