Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory overtime required, up to 50+ hours per week, including Saturdays as needed
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Order Pickers to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pick and prepare customer orders using paper pick slips and RF scanners while meeting daily productivity and accuracy goals. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick slips.
• Utilize an RF scanner to record inventory movements and verify order accuracy.
• Meet and maintain daily production goals of approximately 200 picks/lines per day.
• Stage, pack, and pallet-wrap completed orders for shipment.
• Prepare shipments for LTL freight and parcel carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and Amazon.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies when identified.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar warehouse role preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy standards.
• Familiarity with shipping processes for parcel and LTL freight is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout an 8–10+ hour shift.
• Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a warm and humid warehouse environment.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, as business needs require.
