Journeyman HVAC Technician (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and company standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC license preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• EPA Certification preferred.
