Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Build strong relationships with customers by identifying their needs and recommending the best products and solutions.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products by utilizing training resources and company literature.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, providing accurate information and timely follow-up.
• Stay organized and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Be available to work overtime, when necessary, to meet customer needs.
• Apply construction knowledge to provide informed product recommendations and solutions.
