Job Responsibilities:
Apply powder coat and liquid paint to metal parts using spray equipment.
Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, masking, and inspecting parts before painting.
Ensure even paint coverage and high-quality finishes that meet specifications.
Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups as needed.
Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean.
Follow all safety procedures while working with paints, chemicals, and production equipment.
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in industrial painting, powder coating, automotive painting, or spray painting is preferred.
Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
Experience using hand tools and spray equipment is helpful.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment:
