Order Selector 3rd Shift - SUN-TUES / TH/FRI 4PM-4AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Selector  to join our team. This role is responsible for picking and receiving inventory, building pallets, performing spot inspections, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and receive inventory accurately and efficiently
• Build and organize pallets for shipment
• Perform spot inspections to ensure product quality and order accuracy
• Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow warehouse procedures
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift experience required (stand-up and sit-down)
• Previous order selector experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to read and write clearly
• Strong mental stamina and good memory for order accuracy and warehouse procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Additional information for the Custodial position

·         Pay: $18 per hour

·         Sunday-Tuesday & Thursday/Friday : 4pm-4am (Off days are Wednesday and Saturday)

·         St. Clair Shores, Michigan
