This player-coach role requires a leader who sets the standard through action, supports team development, and ensures safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities and work directly with the team on the warehouse floor.
• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to warehouse employees.
• Operate balers, conveyor systems, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure materials are processed efficiently and trucks are loaded safely and accurately.
• Manage bale inventory and tracking using warehouse software.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Promote productivity, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, manufacturing, recycling, or distribution experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory required 2-3 years.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment and managing inventory.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
