Four-Day Work Week | Spray Coater | $14.25/Hour

We're hiring for a Spray Coater position with a manufacturing company in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality finished products. Enjoy a consistent day shift schedule with three-day weekends every week.

What you'll do:

• Apply coatings and finishes to manufactured products using spray equipment
• Prepare parts and materials for the coating process
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain spray equipment and keep work areas clean
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines

What you need:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work as part of a team

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $14.25 per hour
• Days/hours: Day Shift
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
