Onsite Warehouse Team Lead (Night Shift)

Location: Rincon, GA
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, hands-on Onsite Warehouse Team Lead to support one of our warehouse clients in Rincon. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing Express associates during the shift, maintaining communication between the client and Express, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of 40–80 Express associates during each shift.
  • Track daily attendance, tardiness, call-offs, and no-shows.
  • Report attendance, performance concerns, and shift updates to the client and the Express Account Manager.
  • Coach associates on attendance, productivity, safety, and workplace expectations.
  • Ensure associates remain on task and follow all client policies and procedures.
  • Address routine employee concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Walk the production floor throughout the shift to monitor operations and provide support.
  • Complete end-of-shift reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Serve as the primary onsite representative for Express Employment Professionals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Shift Lead, or similar leadership role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable coaching employees and holding them accountable.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Excel.
  • Must provide your own laptop for reporting, communication, and attendance tracking.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a 12-hour shift.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
