Express Employment Professionals in Round Rock is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven, and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join our growing team.

Pay: Depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of office, professional, and light industrial positions
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Complete onboarding paperwork and ensure candidate files remain accurate
• Build strong relationships with associates and client companies
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and activity within our recruiting system
• Collaborate with the recruiting and sales teams to meet hiring goals

 

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interviewing and speaking with people throughout the day
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, HR, or sales experience is preferred but not required
