A manufacturing company in Stockton is seeking a Fabricator to support production by assembling, cutting, and preparing materials using mechanical equipment. This role requires attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Job Summary

Performs work associated with operating assigned mechanical equipment and supporting fabrication tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned fabrication and mechanical equipment

• Assemble and prepare materials according to work instructions

• Ensure items produced meet quality control requirements

• Complete all required documentation fully and accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards

• Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies

• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Education

• 0–2 years of fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience

• Ability to handle basic issues and escalate complex problems

• Beginning to working knowledge of fabrication processes

• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow directions

• Basic verbal, written, and mathematical skills

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Standing continuously; occasional sitting, kneeling, stooping, bending

• Work in environments with dirt, dust, noise, vibration, and varying temperatures
