Warehouse Delivery Driver 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers according to scheduled routes.
• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required).
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and delivery duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery driving and warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Basic computer and handheld scanner experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to load and unload materials repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
