Salary: $60,000 - $100,000/year

Specialized Recruiting Group Irvine is recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer for an industrial manufacturing and design company. Our client designs and produces specialty machined parts for electronics, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity based in the Irvine, CA area. Compensation for entry level candidates starts at $60,000. Experienced candidates can start at up to $100,000/year.

Responsibilities

• Design custom components and assemblies for manufacturing applications
• Prepare engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Support new product development and process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with production teams to solve technical challenges
• Participate in projects from concept through implementation

 

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• PCB manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to interpret technical files and drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
