Structural Cut Shop Carpenter

Location: Aumsville, OR
Pay: $17.00–$23.99/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

What You'll Do:

  • Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components
  • Build and assemble structural components to production standards
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, drills, routers, nail guns, and other shop equipment
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials throughout the shop
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Assist with training and supporting less experienced team members
  • Help identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and production efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous carpentry, framing, construction, manufacturing, or cut shop experience
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, saws, drills, routers, nail guns, and measuring equipment
  • Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
