Salary: 18.00

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the facility, including animal enclosures, kennels, common areas, and laundry areas.
• Provide basic care for animals by feeding, watering, monitoring general well-being, and maintaining clean living spaces.
• Support front desk and shelter operations by answering phones, assisting visitors, and completing routine administrative tasks.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for animals, staff, and visitors.
• Follow established health, safety, and animal care procedures.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with animals and able to interact with them in a calm, compassionate, and professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in an environment with animal dander, odors, noise, and cleaning products.
• Previous animal care experience is preferred but not required.
