Reel Disassembly Technician

Located in Fletcher, NC

Salary: $20/hr-$22/hr DOE

We're looking for three team members to help tackle our backlog of empty steel reels. In this role, you'll disassemble steel reels using wrenches, sockets, and power tools (all provided), stack the parts on a stand, band them together, and move them outside for disposal.

 

What you'll do:

Break down empty steel reels using hand and power tools
Stack and band disassembled reel components
Transport banded materials outside for disposal
Work as part of a two-person lifting team (reels weigh approximately 100 lbs)

 

What you need:

Ability to safely lift as part of a two-person team
Comfort using wrenches, sockets, and power tools
One team member must be forklift certified/experienced

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

 

$20/hr for the general helpers and $22/hr for the certified forklift operator. Please note, even the forklift operator will be disassembling and heavy lifting.
