Outbound Sales Representative
Hours/ Location: 9-5 | In Office (Lakewood NJ)
COMPENSATION: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour + Commission
Overview

Our client is seeking a driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a high-volume outbound sales role where you will contact leads help eligible individuals enroll in programs that can significantly improve their financial situation.

 

If you enjoy being on the phone, building rapport quickly, overcoming objections, and following up consistently to drive results, we want to speak with you.

As the department continues to grow, there will be opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads
• Build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone
• Educate prospective clients
• Overcome objections and confidently guide conversations toward enrollment
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversions
• Schedule consultations and enrollment appointments
• Guide clients through the process from initial contact to completion
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Meet or exceed daily outreach, enrollment, and performance goals

 

Qualifications
• Previous outbound, inside, or phone sales experience
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Proven ability to build rapport and close opportunities
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by results
• Strong follow-up skills and persistence

 

Pay is 30-38/hr
