Express Employment is seeking forklift drivers for a great company in Simpsonville. These are Evaluation hires and we have both day and night shift available. 

 

To safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and track materials in warehouse. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other industrial trucks to transport materials between storage, production, and shipping area
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage racks, ensuring proper pallet positioning and load stability 
• Secure loads with wrapping or shrink-wrapping and verify pallet stability before movement
• Manage inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems, including picking, packing, and order staging 
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on forklifts, reporting defects or hazards immediately 
• Follow safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment 
• Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and inventory audits 
• Report shortages, damages, or quality issues to supervisors or quality assurance teams
