Manufacturing Associate

Location: Summerville, SC
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

A growing manufacturing facility in Summerville is seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join its production team. This position offers an opportunity to learn multiple areas of the manufacturing process while working in a fast-paced production environment. No previous manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Load, move, and stage materials using carts, racks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Inspect products during various stages of production and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Operate production equipment used in fabrication, finishing, packaging, and processing operations.
• Support production goals while maintaining product quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Assist in other production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Friday overtime from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Comfortable rotating between departments and learning different production functions.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment, including hot conditions.
• Ability to read work instructions and identify different product types, finishes, or colors.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Safety-toe footwear required.
