What You'll Do

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a greater than 100-unit condominium resort while ensuring exceptional service for guests, property owners, and team members. (This role WILL REQUIRE weekend hours).

You'll provide leadership for:

🏡 Housekeeping Operations

🔧 Maintenance Operations

🛎️ Front Desk & Guest Services

📋 Daily Resort Operations

Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Leading and supporting department managers and front desk staff

✔ Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless daily operations

✔ Managing work orders and preventative maintenance programs

✔ Ensuring guest rooms and resort facilities meet high-quality standards

✔ Supporting and monitoring contracted housekeeping services

✔ Coaching, training, and developing team members

✔ Utilizing the property management system to track operations and performance

✔ Solving operational challenges while maintaining outstanding guest service

✔ Creating a positive, professional, and productive work environment

✔ Collaborating with leadership to continually improve resort operations

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a positive, organized leader who enjoys motivating others and creating structure in a hospitality environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

✅ Previous hospitality, hotel, resort, or property management leadership experience

✅ Experience supervising multiple departments or managers

✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

✅ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

✅ Comfortable using computer systems and property management software

✅ Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

✅ A professional, positive attitude with a servant-leadership mindset

✅ Available to work Fridays and Sundays year-round (other days offer scheduling flexibility)

Compensation & Benefits

💲 $30.00 per hour (approximately $66,500 annually)
