Shop & Yard Worker Jobs in Morgantown, WV – Full-Time | Up to $20.00/Hour + Overtime

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Shop & Yard Workers for a growing oil and gas company in Morgantown, WV! This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking for a full-time industrial job with overtime opportunities, competitive pay, and hands-on training.

Pay: Up to $18/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time with overtime available

No previous oil and gas experience is required — our client provides training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Shop & Yard Worker Responsibilities:

• Assist forklift operators with loading and unloading trucks

• Move, organize, and maintain industrial pipe in the yard

• Use hand tools and power tools to place boards and tubing between pipe layers

• Install thread protectors and apply pipe dope

• Operate forklifts (if qualified) and overhead cranes as needed

• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment

• Pressure wash and paint equipment

• Perform high-pressure and low-pressure equipment testing

• Assist with general shop and yard duties

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Requirements:

• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in an industrial environment

• Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, or on-call hours when needed

• Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
