We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Construction Laborers / Skilled Construction Workers to join our team in Morgantown, WV. Candidates with experience in commercial construction, concrete work, masonry, steel erection, and pre-engineered metal building installation are encouraged to apply.

Construction Worker Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction labor and skilled construction tasks on commercial job sites

• Assist with concrete installation, masonry work, steel erection, and pre-engineered metal building projects

• Read and follow project plans, safety procedures, and job specifications

• Safely operate construction tools and equipment

• Load, unload, and move materials as needed

• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

• Work efficiently as part of a construction crew to complete projects on schedule

Construction Worker Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience

• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Concrete construction

  • Masonry

  • Steel erection

  • Pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB)

  • General commercial construction

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical construction duties

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• OSHA 10 certification preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• Day shift

• 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available
