As an Installer Helper, you will assist with the installation and repair of a variety of commercial and residential glass products, including:

• Windows
• Doors
• Shower enclosures
• Mirrors
• Storefront systems
• Other glazing and glass products

Additional responsibilities include:

• Assisting installers on job sites
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following company safety procedures
• Traveling to various job sites throughout the workday

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Be able to lift up to 100 pounds
• Be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Be willing to work on ladders and at varying heights
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to use basic hand and power tools
• Be reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Work well as part of a team
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience

• Construction, glazing, or related trade experience is a plus, but not required
• On-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates
