picker packer and material handlers

Located in Gainesville, GA

Salary: 16.00 hourly both positions

 

Company location:   Buford off McEver Rd.  near the exit.   Pay 16.00       Material handlers an picker packers.  Clean background and High School diploma or GED. 

Hours:  6am to 3pm.    Must be on time daily with the understanding you start at the scheduled time.  Exposure to different temperatures depending on the season 

Both positions will require in person interviews.

Material Handlers: 1 to 2 years in manufacturing experience.

• Receive an inspect, verify incoming materials against packing slips and system records.
• Transport raw materials, components and finished goods to designated production, storage or shipping locations.
• Stage materials at workstations to support uninterrupted production.
• Conduct cycle count and assist with physical inventories.
• Identify and report shortages, damages, quality issues, or safety hazards.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 
• Have basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems

 

Picker packers: requires previous warehouse and picking and packing in a fast pace environment. 

• Accurately picking and packing
• Prepare shipments to guarantee timely and precise delivery.
• Label, stage, and organize finished orders
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety productivity and accuracy targets
• Report any issues or discrepancies to management
