We are  looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representataive to support customer service, pricing, order management, and procurement activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and track customer orders from entry to delivery.
• Prepare pricing, quotations, and reports.
• Resolve order, pricing, and customer issues.
• Maintain ERP data, purchase orders, and product information.
• Liaise with customers, sales, production, and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service, order management, or inside sales experience 
• Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Purchasing or pricing experience is an asset.
