Warehouse Production Associate

Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $17.00 / hr

Are you looking for a hands-on warehouse opportunity where you can stay active and be part of a team? We are seeking a Warehouse Production Associate to assist with moving, labeling, packaging, and shipping products in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Summary:

• Utilize pallet jacks and pallet lifters to safely move products throughout the warehouse
• Load and label jars on the conveyor belt
• Operate assembly line equipment to label and package jars
• Stock and organize boxes of finished products
• Assist with shipping tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and product quality

Experience Required:

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using pallet jacks or pallet lifters preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive motions while maintaining accuracy and focus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience following safety procedures and workplace guidelines

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• High dexterity and ability to handle products efficiently
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to workplace safety
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $17.00/hr

Position Type: Evaluation

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
