Inside Sales- Manufacturing

Located in Mobile, AL

Salary: $32/hr

Purpose:

To provide customers with excellent service that clearly differentiates the client's company from their competitors in customer service focused on claims.

Responsibilities:

•          Manages claim pick up process and provides accurate and proactive Claim status updates to customer.
•          Determine validity, responsibility, and the appropriate resolution of claims and credit memo issue.
•          Performs departmental activities and goals that lead to improved productivity of Rebate Calculation.
•          Identifies and determines root causes to propose and implement solutions to solve problems between sales and operations.
•          Collaborating with teams to enhance productivity and effective closing of customer claims.
•          Serves as a liaison between multiple internal departments (Finance, CST, Logistics) and the customer.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (metals industry is a plus). 

 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

·         SAP/JDE-ISeries proficiency required.
