Global leader in the manufacturing and assembling of dental components, equipment, and tools. This Company is a market leader in their industry and because of their size and stature; they have multiple departments that typically need help on varying shifts.

 

Position Summary
Under the guidance of a trainer, perform routine upholstery assembly tasks by fitting and securing materials to armatures using established procedures. This role supports production by maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Glue foam to armatures and apply vinyl using glue and staples.
• Assemble and package doctor and assistant stools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Understanding of proper hazardous waste handling and disposal (training provided as required).
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Physical & Work Environment

• Regular standing, repetitive hand motions, and use of hand and pneumatic tools.
• Frequent lifting of up to 20 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs.
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and industrial equipment.
• Required use of personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and hearing protection.
