Builder / Cabinet Assembler (Temp-to-Hire)

A locally owned and well-established custom cabinet manufacturer is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join their growing team as Builders/Cabinet Assemblers. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that has been crafting custom cabinetry for decades and offers excellent long-term career potential.

Pay

• Starting at $19.00/hour
• Pay is based on experience and skill level

What You'll Do

• Assemble and build custom cabinets
• Cut, route, and prepare wood materials
• Read and follow shop drawings and specifications
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings
• Basic math skills are helpful
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Previous woodworking, manufacturing, carpentry, or assembly experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and turning
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday

Schedule

Day Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (as needed) 

Interview Process

Qualified candidates must complete an onsite interview and shop tour prior to placement.
