Schedule: Flexible daytime hours Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Hours: Approximately 5-15 hours per week (temporary assignment)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA processes and documentation
• Support ongoing LOA projects and help maintain accurate records
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, documentation, and standardization
• Partner with HR team members on operational needs and transition projects

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing Leave of Absences, FMLA, or HR-related processes required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
