Express Employment Professionals is a Turn Season Maintenance Technician to support one of Gainesville's premier apartment communities during their busiest time of the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interior and exterior painting
• Key cutting and lock changes
• General apartment maintenance
• Groundskeeping and cleanup
• Trash removal and debris cleanup
• Assist with apartment make-ready projects
• Complete other duties as assigned by the maintenance team

QUALIFICATIONS

? Previous apartment maintenance, construction, painting, or general labor experience preferred

? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

? Dependable with strong attendance

? Team player with a positive attitude

? Basic hand tools are a plus
