Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator for a busy manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, handling and moving products, and assisting in the refurbishing department as needed. The position involves filling molds, trimming parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable lifting 30–40 lbs, using hand tools, working at heights, and following detailed instructions. This role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated candidate looking for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

· Fill powder into molds and remove finished products (weights 30–40 lbs)

· Handle up to 25–30 lbs regularly

· Climb stairs and work at heights up to 6 feet

· Trim parts using hand tools such as drills and saws

· Assist in the refurb department during machine operation: hammering out dents, fixing equipment, and handling large tanks

· Follow instructions accurately, including mixing colors

Qualifications:

· Ability to lift 30–40 lbs

· Comfortable using hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)

· Strong communication skills in English

· Manufacturing experience is an asset

· Ability to read instructions, follow lists, and perform basic computer entry

· Good spatial reasoning and material-handling awareness

· Must have reliable transportation
