Production Welder

Located in GreenAcres, FL

Salary: $18.00- per hour

Position Summary

Experienced Production Welder responsible for MIG and TIG welding, fabrication, assembly, repair,
and finishing of metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding; read blueprints and work orders; fit and assemble components;
grind and finish welded products; perform thermal cutting; complete repairs; perform preventative
maintenance on equipment; and maintain a clean work environment.

Welding & Finishing Requirements

Must be able to produce high-quality welds that meet blueprint specifications and inspection
standards. Candidate must know how to grind, blend, and finish welded products so the final
product is smooth and flush. No gaps, uneven welds, excessive buildup, or visible defects are
acceptable. Must consistently produce clean, uniform welds with a professional appearance.

Qualifications

Technical school certificate or related welding experience. Ability to read blueprints, use measuring
tools, and perform MIG and TIG welding.

Physical Requirements

Regular lifting of 50 pounds or more and ability to perform physical fabrication and welding duties.
